Kulbir Randhawa  is the Director, Asian Family Counselling Service. Kulbir has been working at the Asian Family Counselling Service (AFCS) since 1989 as a Co-ordinator/Counsellor and as its Director since September 2005. The work involves providing marital, family and individual counselling for the Asian community in the UK. She is also responsible for the running of the organisation and supervision of volunteer counsellors. Before joining AFCS, she worked as a Trainer at the Save The Children Fund on the Asian Mother and Baby Campaign and Ealing Co-operative Development Agency as its Manager. She currently serves as a Trustee on the board of Southall Day Centre – a centre for elderly Asians.
